New Studio Shoot | Sioux Falls Boudoir Photographer

Okay, I’m not being dramatic when I say that I am SO EXCITED to share this with you! It’s a *drum roll, please*:

New Studio Shoot (!!!)

I announced on my Instagram a while back that I had taken the leap and purchased a new place to shoot! I am so freakin’ proud of myself, and I’m so pumped to be shooting there full-time next month. In the meantime, you bet I’ve already grabbed my camera and went in to shoot photos in the empty space.

There is something cathartic and healing about a blank slate. I have built Emma Christine Photography from the ground up, and watched it morph into this space where I can support women through their self-love journey. So now I have a whole ass house in which to do that!

This home is going to be multi-faceted too! When we aren’t shooting photos and creating some kick-ass confidence in women, it will be an Airbnb!! This has been a long-term goal of mine, and I’m so freakin’ pumped to create this space. I’m working with an interior designer who is killing it with the design changes. And my husband is the MVP-contractor-handyman that is making it all happen.

But yes, we did absolutely sneak in before everything is done and do a New Studio Shoot.

I’m a boudoir photographer; can you blame me??

We went with a cozy vibe with an oversized button-up and high socks for her first look. Think: casual Saturday morning, slinky around your home in the delicious morning light. THAT vibe.

Then we switched it up into a more traditional lingerie option with a red lace bodysuit. Fire!! Especially with that warm light from the windows. I am literally SO DAMN READY to be shooting here full-time. Don’t get me wrong, I have adored my downtown Sioux Falls studio space. But this is a welcome change, and I can’t wait.
